The client is based abroad, so the brief by the architect was something sleek and modern. I was allowed to choose finishes that I really like and that I felt would appeal to a wide range of clients as the property was going to be rented for a couple of years before the clients return to the UK. Something that wasn’t going to date too quickly was very important. The client was very happy with the choices we made as we had several Zoom meetings to ensure she was happy with the decisions we made on her behalf. It was lovely to work with a client who completely trusted us to make the right decisions for her.
